Payment is due before the start of the session. If a session is rescheduled, payment will be applied to the rescheduled time.
If you have booked an hour, half hour, or blocks of hours with me, and need to cancel there is no fee so long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. No refunds for cancellations
Refunds are available only if cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled session.
Refunds are not available for packages. When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affect how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds for packages. If you want to make sure my style is the right for you, I suggest booking a consultation or hour session to start. If you end up wanting a package, I will apply the fee for that hour towards the total package price.
I believe everybody deserves help when they need it. If you are unable to afford services, please contact me for financial aid.
Late Policy and Rescheduling
I understand that sometimes, things happen. If you suspect that you are running late or are not able to make an appointment that day, please send me a text message as soon as possible. If I am able to accommodate a same-day reschedule, I will let you know. Otherwise, we can reschedule for a different day. I will honor a one time reschedule. If you are not able to show up to the rescheduled time, you will be charged in full.
The information discussed during our sessions will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; ie. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information. Exceptions to confidentiality of course relate to circumstances such as intent to seriously harm someone, child abuse, thoughts of suicide etc.
Other exceptions may occur when there is a need to consult a spiritual healer, medical or mental healthcare providers to gain further understanding on the content discussed in a session. However, this will proceed expressed written consent from the client with anonymity. Otherwise, all remaining information is kept confidential.
It is also important to note that in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology in that for some clients, there is a risk in using certain media such as the internet and mobile phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you.
